About this wine:
This Sauvignon Blanc from El Peral in Tupungato, Valle de Uco, is grown on a low southwest-facing hill, a cold exposure that partially explains its character of herbal and mineral top notes that move into tropical fruit notes that recall passion fruit and mandarins. Very distinct and elegant, the aroma and palate profile in this wine is not often found in other South American sauvignon blancs. Its great acidity offers a balance to its generous body making it friendly and rounded texture. One of the best whites in Argentina today, Piedra Liquida Sauvignon Blanc has become somewhat of a cult wine due to its limited production.
