BLŪ PHOENIX

Our Story

Phoenix Vineyard of Uco and Blū Phoenix Wines are the dream come true of Laura Woodward. This boutique, woman-owned vineyard is dedicated not only to crafting wines of unsurpassed quality, but also to building a community that can contribute to a better world.

Phoenix Vineyard of Uco is located in the Los Chacayes GI – Uco Valley. Los Chacayes is one of the most prestigious sub-regions for grape quality, producing some of the finest and most awarded wines in Argentina. We are not interested in appealing to the masses, but in creating an experience to savor and enjoy. All grapes are hand-harvested, and the winemaking process begins just hours after they are picked. With every harvest, we carefully oversee the progress of our grapes during the winemaking process to achieve the most unique, bold, and enjoyable expressions of our wines. This may involve longer aging in barrels or the use of different fermentation vessels.

Just like the traditional phoenix rising from its ashes, the blue phoenix symbolizes our ability to rise above past experiences, transforming into something greater. Join us in experiencing wines that set the stage for something bigger.
