Shipping Info

Almavin.com can ship accessories and non-alcohol items to any state. Wine shipments are not allowed in the following States: AL, AR, DE, HI, KY, MS, PA, RI, UT.

Estimated Delivery Time

Please note, with extreme heat during the summer months and extreme cold during the winter months, we may hold shipments to your area here in our warehouse. If you feel this may be a problem because of a time-sensitive package, please call our us at (305) 965 5384 or email us to info@almavin.com to discuss other options.
Orders placed will ship within the next 2 business days. Faster shipping options may be available. Please call us  (305) 965 5384 / (305) 206 4663 for more information. When using www.winexsolution.almavin.com services, orders placed will ship within a week. All packages are packed in our pulp sustainable containers to ensure proper delivery. We do everything possible on our end to protect our wine shipments from temperature-related damage. If you are concerned about the weather in your area, you may request a specific shipping date or you may choose a faster shipping method. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order is boxed and ready for shipment. Please note, these tracking numbers will not be active until they are scanned by the driver. (For example, if you have an order scheduled to ship on a Monday, we may box it on a Friday and send you the tracking info. However, the tracking info will not be valid until the driver picks it up on Monday.)

Express shipments (i.e. 2-day air and/or overnight)

Please note that any order placed for 2 Day Air or Overnight delivery will ship the next business day (Mon-Fri). (Assuming we have the ordered wine in stock.)

Insurance

Almavin.com Shipment declared value is limited to a maximum of $7.50 per bottle. Exposure to and risk of any loss in excess of this declared value is assumed by you. In case of breakage you must take pictures immediately after receive the package/s and send them to us as a proof and add your invoice / purchase receipt. The insurance covers you from any package lost or damaged in transit except for deliveries to a hotel where you are staying. In any case we will wait to Fedex final confirmation on the delivery before giving you a final resolution for your case.

In case you pay an additional insurance while checking out, the total coverage means that you are accepting that in the event of total or partial breakage or loss of your shipment, we will return the total amount that you are declaring in this insurance. Under no circumstances will we replace the products you have purchased, we will only limit ourselves to refunding the insured amount. We will request demonstrative photos of the bottles and/or boxes that have been broken as well as a purchase invoice for your products. In all cases we will wait for the Fedex company to confirm the loss of your purchase before resolving your case. If the amount you insure is greater than the total balance of the cost of shipping and wines, we will limit ourselves to returning the real value of your lost or broken products plus the shipping cost, so check it carefully before selecting the coverage amount. Our insurance amount max limit is $1,500.-

Shipping To A Hotel

Shipping to a hotel where you are staying or going to be staying is not permitted. Packages are often lost or misplaced and not delivered to guests in a timely fashion.

Signature Policy

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from Almavin.com All packages sent out by Almavin.com require a signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. Customer comments on their order such as “Please leave on back porch” or “Please leave at front door” will be ignored! We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine!

Returns

Almavin.com If there is any problem with your order, we want to hear about it. FedEx Delivery

Our e-commerce platform offers shipping via FedEx to the addresses provided by customers at the time of purchase. By selecting this shipping method, the customer agrees to the following conditions:

1 Shipping Availability

FedEx delivers only to areas within its operational coverage.
Deliveries to P.O. boxes or addresses in restricted areas due to alcohol transportation regulations are not available.

2 Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient’s location and general transport and weather conditions.
The average delivery time is no less than 20 days from the moment the purchase order is received until the final delivery to the customer’s home.
The transit times provided by FedEx are estimates, and we do not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

3 Delivery Requirements

Due to the nature of the product, delivery requires the signature of an adult aged 21 or older with valid identification confirming their age.
If the recipient is not present at the specified address at the time of delivery, FedEx may attempt delivery up to two additional times. However, we will not be responsible if the delivery is not completed due to the customer’s absence. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to coordinate directly with FedEx to reschedule the shipment or arrange a hold at a FedEx office of their choice.

4 Liability and Risk

Once the package has been handed over to FedEx, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by FedEx.
If the package shows visible damage upon delivery, the customer must immediately notify Winex Solution / Almavin LLC to initiate any claim, providing clear proof of the damage, if any, immediately after receiving the package. If FedEx approves the claim, we will cover up to USD 7.50 per shipped bottle.

5 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to countries or regions where the sale and distribution of alcohol are legally prohibited.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not comply with FedEx shipping policies or applicable laws.
