  • Alluvial soils with gravel and sand, providing excellent drainage and mineral tension.

Winemaking:

  • Co-fermented varieties in small concrete vats.

  • Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

  • Bottled unfiltered to preserve natural texture and expression.

Tasting profile:

  • Deep ruby color with violet hues.

  • Aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, and violets, combined with notes of spice and graphite.

  • Balanced and elegant palate with firm tannins, fresh acidity, and a long mineral finish.

Description

This red wine comes from the Chacayes district in the Uco Valley, Mendoza. Soils consist of alluvial sandy loam and gravel at around 3,600 feet above sea level. It is a blend of Malbec co-fermented with Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The wine is both structured and fresh at the same time
