Description
Made by Bruno and Thama Trigueiro from Chemins de Bassac, a 19th century
estate in the Languedoc recognized for years of organic faming turned
biodynamic 6 years ago and for creating unique and delicious wines, Pleine
Lune (Full Moon in French) is a Pinot Noir with a touch of Mourvèdre. The
Pinot Noir, fermented using native yeasts in spontaneous fermentation is
shaped by a 10% Mourvèdre that has been fermented using a carbonic
maceration method. This blend, unfined and unfiltered is a beautiful full
body Pinot Noir with cherries, plums, and a woodsy spice on the nose and
darker tones of leather, meat, and smoke on the palate.
