This 100% Roussanne made by Bruno and Thama Trigueiro hails from Chemins de Bassac, a 19th century estate in the Languedoc which has achieved recognition through years of effort, nourished by enthusiasm for unique wines. This wine fermented with native yeasts in spontaneous fermentation, unfined and unfiltered is a beautiful expression of a low intervention Roussanne. This medium body wine has a beautiful nose followed by an expansive palate of orchard fruits and wild honey finishing with a very clean acidity.
