Description
Blū Phoenix “Inception” Malbec 2023 is crafted in G.I. Los Chacayes, Valle de Uco (Mendoza, Argentina) at 4,202 ft elevation. Hand-harvested in small 18 kg boxes, cold-macerated for 7 days, and fermented in bins with gentle punchdowns. Aged 24 months in 500 L American oak barrels, bottled in July 2025.
Tasting Notes: Bright violet-red color. Aromas of plum and black fruits with a floral lift. Broad and refined palate with round, polished tannins and a long, sweet finish.
