Description
Blū Phoenix “Awakening” Malbec Rosé 2025 comes from Phoenix de Uco vineyards in Los Chacayes, Valle de Uco, Mendoza (Argentina), grown at 4,202 ft altitude on sandy-loam, rocky soils with calcareous deposits. Hand-harvested in small boxes, destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. Bottled in July 2025.
Tasting Notes: Pale violet-pink color. Fresh aromas of plum and blackberry. Balanced and friendly palate with bright acidity and medium body.
