The total coverage that you are accepting means that in the hypothetical case of total or partial breakage or loss of your shipment, we will return the total amount that you are declaring in this insurance. Under no circumstances will we replace the products you have purchased, we will only limit ourselves to refunding the insured amount.
We will request, within the 24hs after receiving the shipment, demonstrative photos of the bottles and/or boxes that have been broken as well as a purchase invoice for your products. In all cases we will wait for the Fedex company to confirm the loss of your purchase before resolving your case.
If the amount you insure is greater than the total balance of the cost of shipping and wines, we will limit ourselves to returning the real value of your lost or broken products plus the shipping cost, so check it carefully before selecting the coverage amount. Our insurance amount max limit is $1,500.-
