This insurance will cover the total amount that you want to insure, which will be reimbursed within 7 business days to your credit card. If you require the replacement of damaged or undelivered products instead of a refund, you will be subject to:
1. The actual availability of the product at origin and the current price of the original purchase.
2. That the amount you insured has included the cost of shipping for the replacement of the product, otherwise the corresponding shipping in this case must be paid separately.
If there is no product in stock at the winery or wine store where you purchased or the price is higher than your original purchase, we will proceed to continue with the refund of the insured total as agreed.
At the time of the claim, you must present photographic evidence of the broken or damaged box and bottles within the same day of receiving the order from Fedex, as well as a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt for the wines. If the evidence is not presented in a timely manner, the claim will not be processed
