Description
This wine comes from a selection of 25 year old vines average age and 100 year Old Ugni. Behind its pale salmon color, this rosé is a true gourmet wine. It reveals a refined and smooth bouquet of violet flowers and white flesh fruits. US NOP certification.
Cordon de royat pruning, disbudding and pre-sorting before harvest. This great rosé wine finds its right match with grilled fish or roasted peaches for dessert. Ample, the mouth is coated by a nice oily taste and supported by a fresh and delicate frame. A lot of brightness for this gastronomic rosé intense and persistent.
