About this wine:
A mischievous wine with different sensations on the nose and palate that surprises you with Intensity, freshness and volume. Fermented at low temperatures right after a direct press of the Hondarrabi Beltza and Zuria grapes Hika is able to achieve the maximum varietal expression in this fun and beautiful rose. 6 months of ageing on its own lees in stainless imprints volume and a smooth mouthfeel. On the nose you encounter pink and black currants, wild strawberries and a spicy characteristic of the grape variety, Hondarrabi Beltza, always with a citrus and herbaceous background. On the palate, you will taste a wine with well-balanced acidity, volume and a long finish with a good aromatic persistence.
