Made by Bruno and Thama Trigueiro from Chemins de Bassac, a 19th century estate in the Languedoc recognized for years of organic faming turned biodynamic 6 years ago and for creating unique and delicious wines, Pleine Terre (Full Earth in French) is a 100% Syrah. With nice fruit on the nose and white spice and fresh raspberries in the palate this syrah has moderate tannins and moderate alcohol (13.5%), making it a beautifully delicate wine that can be enjoyed alone or with grilled meats or fatty fish.
