This is not the typical Chardonnay you might bear in mind. Sourced with grapes that came with at least 50% botrytis cinerea, gave this wine a unique character like if you were smelling a sweet Sauternes from Bordeaux area, though dry. It was naturally fermented so it took months to finish up its fermentation while being macerated in its own grape skins. This is a wine to enjoy alone or with food. A one for the cellar. Only 760 bottles produced.
